Operations Control Centre

Operational 24 hours a day, it ensures the control of the motorway section through the use of various information systems. It is permanently in contact with the C.O.P.S. (Operations Centre) of the Traffic Police, with the Traffic Wardens, and with all other company structures responsible for traffic and safety. It liaises and coordinates all the activities carried out on the road, dispatches assistance and manages traffic information.

SOS Telephones

Along the A58-TEEM route there are 68 SOS telephones which, if needed, allow Users to report an emergency, request help and contact the Operations Control Centre.

If mechanical breakdown assistance is needed, Users may directly contact the authorised organisations, or contact the Tangenziale Esterna Operations Control Centre, which can also be reached by calling the toll-free number +39 011 088 6464 (Option 2).
