The Concessionaire’s Operations Centre supervises and coordinates the mechanical rescue activities on the route managed.

The following organisations are authorised to operate on the A58 Tangenziale Est Esterna di Milano (TEEM) motorway: ACI Global Service, Europ Assistance VAI, IMA Italia Assistance and Si24H.

These organisations operate through authorised partner repair shops and the service is guaranteed 24 hours a day.

Mechanical rescue can be requested directly from the authorised organisations, or by contacting the Concessionaire’s Operations Centre on 800 58 63 58 (Option 2).

If the Concessionaire’s Operations Centre is involved, the Operator will ascertain whether the vehicle is in a safe position and which organisation is requested by the user.

If the vehicle is not in a safe position or creates an obstacle or danger, in the event of essential public assistance, the Operations Centre will send the nearest tow truck to the scene, regardless of the Organisation indicated by the user.

For all vehicles with a load capacity of up to 35 quintals, the Organisations have a “mutual agreement” service, whereby an insured person is entitled to free assistance even if, for whatever reason, he or she receives assistance from a different Organisation.
