Please enter the number of the statement of the unpaid toll that you find on the ticket or the number of the payment reminder.
If the toll due (in whole or in part) is not paid, a non-payment report will be issued, which contains the vehicle’s data (class and number plate), the transit data (date, time, exit station and entry station, if available) and the amount to be paid. The amount due must be paid, without any surcharge, no later than 15 days after the date of issue. After this deadline, the amount will be increased by € 2.58 for assessment charges (Art. 176(11-bis), Italian Highway Code).
If payment is not made, collection procedures will be activated, including the use of Article 373 of the Regulations for the execution and implementation of the Italian Highway Code, with consequent increase of the costs to be borne by the debtor. Please note that in the event of non-payment of the aforementioned amounts, the relevant documents will be forwarded to the Traffic Police, for consequent notification of administrative sanctions pursuant to Art. 176(11) and (21), Italian Highway Code, for ascertained breach of the obligation to pay the motorway toll (which provides for the payment of a penalty between € 87.00 to € 345.00, and the loss of 2 points from the actual offender’s driving licence).

Enter, in the area on this page, the number given in the “Non-Payment Report” (or in the “Reminder” received by post) and an e-mail address to find out the exact amount to be paid. It will then be possible to select the preferred payment method, credit card or Satispay App.
In order to use Satispay, you must have the related app on your smartphone and be registered with the service: if you are not registered, you will first need to download the Satispay application from the relevant store (Play Store, App Store, App Gallery) and carry out the registration and identification procedure as provided.
Please note: the Satispay service is only active for settling “Non-Payment Reports” via the Tangenziale Esterna website. Therefore, it cannot be used – for example – to make payments at motorway tollbooths. - IN CASH
