The A58 Tangenziale Est Esterna di Milano (TEEM) runs for approximately 32 km through the Lombardy provinces of Milan, Monza and Brianza and Lodi.

The relevant section originates at the interconnection of the A58 with the A4 Torino-Trieste motorway, near Agrate Brianza, and ends at the junction with the A1 Milano-Bologna motorway, at Melegnano-Cerro al Lambro.

The A58-TEEM is also connected to the A35 BreBeMi motorway via the interconnection at Pozzuolo Martesana-Melzo.

There are 6 junctions along the route:

• Pozzuolo Martesana
• Liscate (under the BreBeMi Concessionaire)
• Paullo
• Vizzolo Predabissi

The motorway consists of 5 artificial tunnels and 11 viaducts.
