The TEEM motorway-grade route does not directly impact Municipality of Sordio territory.

The municipality will, however, be affected by upgrade and safety-enhancement work along more than 800 m of the “Via Emilia” Strada Statale 9, targeted at rationalizing the route through the built-up area for medium/long-distance traffic bound predominantly for the TEEM via the nearby Vizzolo Predabissi onramp. Two new roundabouts will be built to link this work with the existing road network.
