The Municipality of Truccazzano, which is hosting Route Section B Base Camp, is only affected by the TEEM motorway-grade route in its western quadrant, where it runs on a slightly raised roadbed (a few metres above ground level).

Some of the interventions envisaged under the “Muzza-San Biagio di Rossate” Special Environmental Project are in this area. As well as the project to restore the Bramante-inspired Church of San Biagio di Rossate, a number of interventions are planned for the area, including over 9 km of new “slow movement” pathways.
